	Dr Jinette de Gooijer Jinette de Gooijer is the founder and Managing Director of Innovative Practice, a consultancy group specialising in organisational culture and change since 1997. Her work is based on systemic and psychodynamic approaches for implementing change, developing leadership capability, and improving team dynamics. Jinette brings to her work a background in public sector executive management, and professional qualifications in group relations, systems thinking and socio-analysis.
	Dr Brigid Nossal Brigid Nossal is a Senior Associate at Innovative Practice. She brings a systems psychodynamic approach to her consulting practice and lectures in Organisation Dynamics. She specialises in executive coaching / role analysis (individual and group) and work culture improvement. Brigid brings to her work a background in education, community services management, and professional qualifications in socio-analysis and systems psychodynamics.
	Rob Cairns Rob Cairns is a Senior Associate of Innovative Practice. His work is based on socio-analytic approaches to building trusted relationships with clients board members, CEOs and operational staff in corporate, government, education and community service enterprises. Rob brings to his work a background of 10+ years experience with an international management consulting firm and more than six years as an independent practitioner consulting in Australia, Asia, the U.K. and Africa.
	Dr Allan Shafer Allan Shafer is an Associate of Innovative Practice. He is a Socio-analyst and Clinical Psychologist who consults to executives and organisations in the public and non-government sectors on a range of issues. These involve organizational diagnosis, culture change, leadership and management development, and organizational role consultation. In addition to his extensive psychoanalytic background, he brings to his consultancy work professional qualifications and experience in group relations, socio-analysis and systems thinking.
	Dr Stanley Gold Stan Gold is an Associate of Innovative Practice. He provides specialist services in executive counselling to individuals, groups and wider organisations. Stan brings to his work a background as a senior psychiatrist, training and supervising psychoanalyst and senior academic at Monash University where he was Chair of the Centre for Psychodynamic Studies.
	Dr David Patman David Patman is an Associate of Innovative Practice. He is an organisational consultant and project leader with substantial background in various public sector management and cultural change roles. He has also led and participated in a variety of socio-analytic activities and events, including group relations conferences, social dreaming events, listening posts and scientific meetings.
